Because we want to bring as many people close to Christ as we can, our ministry encompasses a wide variety of services. These include everything from marriage preparation to contemporary music to funeral dinners. We also host meetings of the Knights of Columbus and the Riverton Catholic Council of Women. School
We’re just as concerned with our members’ intellectual well-being as we are their spiritual, which is why we operate a full-time K-5 school. We are dedicated to inspiring faith, achieving academic excellence, and nurturing all students to form strong moral character and values. For more than 50 years, St. Margaret’s Catholic School has been providing a quality private Christian education in Riverton, Wyoming. Sick & Homebound
All of our members are important – and we mean ALL of them. Just as Christ visited the sick and afflicted, we’re here to help those of our number who are sick or homebound, including visits, communion, and more.
Baptism Preparation
Baptism is hugely important, and we’re here to support parents through this wonderful occasion! Whether this is your first child, you’re an experienced parent, or you have special circumstances (such as complications that require delivery outside of Fremont county and the surrounding area) we can provide whatever support you need to make sure this vital milestone is reached for your child.
Marriage Preparation
Marriage is a joyous occasion! We’ll prepare you and your soon-to-be spouse for the ceremony itself, as well as provide counsel to help you establish a firm foundation for a loving, lifelong partnership.
Church Choir
Interested in singing in our church choir? Our ensemble provides beautiful music during services, and we are always happy to bring new voices on board.
Contemporary Music
Traditional and contemporary music both have a place under our roof. We enjoy learning and performing contemporary worship music that resonates with young and old alike!
Faith Formation
Faith Formation is a process of both an initial process of coming to know Christ and His Church, and also a deepening of faith throughout life. Forming and rooting our faith in Christ gives us what we need to evangelize.
At St. Margaret, Faith Formation is for everyone. Aside from regular liturgies, celebrations, meetings and ministries, our Parish Community meets together weekly to share a meal and form our faith together. Groups are broken down by age and led by Catechists with prepared lessons.

Funeral Dinners
Dealing with the death of a loved one is complicated enough – emotionally, financially, and spiritually. We can help take some of the pressure off your plate by providing funeral dinners for the family and friends involved.
