In the Gospels, Jesus calls his disciples to be “light,” “salt,” and “leaven” for the world. This means that the primary mission of the Church is to evangelize. We are called to come in contact with the world and, through the love of Jesus Christ, change hearts and lives.

Faith Formation is the process of coming to know Christ and His Church, and then a deepening of faith throughout life. Forming and rooting our faith in Christ gives us what we need to evangelize – to share the good news with our family and friends. At St. Margaret’s, Faith Formation is for everyone. We have programs for ages 5 to adult, all tailored to fit the needs of that specific age group. Aside from regular liturgies, celebrations, meetings, and ministries, our Parish Community meets together weekly to share a meal and strengthen our faith together. Groups are broken down by age and led by Catechists with prepared lessons.
